Abstract Lattice materials are widely used in engineering structures as their potential for multifunctional applications. In this study, a body-centered cubic (BCC) stretching-bending synergistic lattice material is constructed based on the face-centered with vertical struts (FCCZ) stretching configuration that has both and bending deformation mechanisms. Finite element models equivalent established to investigate mechanical properties of material. The effect relative density frame unit cell studied. results show finite model agrees well calculated model. stiffness significantly increased increase cell. findings work provide reference predicting optimizing materials.
